ORDENANZA N° 12 /2017 “POR LA CUAL SE ESTABLECE SENTIDOS DE LA CALLE, SARGENTO DURE, DE LA CIUDAD DE YPACARAI”. En fecha 10 de abril del año 2017, la Junta Municipal de Ypacarai sanciono la Ordenanza N° 12/2017, “POR LA CUAL SE ESTABLECE SENTIDOS DE LA CALLE, SARGENTO DURE, DE LA CIUDAD DE YPACARAI”, promulgada por el Ejecutivo Municipal en fecha 11 de abril del mismo año.
Las Municipalidades son competentes para organizar, reglamentar y administrar los servicios públicos locales de su responsabilidad, así como también planificar el desarrollo urbanístico de su circunscripción y ejecutar los planes y programas correspondientes.
